Job Title: RMAE Technician (1년 파견계약직)
Job Description:
  Job Overview
RMA Engineer Technician in Customer Quality Team and Responsible for RMA evaluation in Korea lab. Support RMA evaluation issued by customers and defect correlation will be achieved via system and device level evaluation techniques utilizing a variety of fault isolation and debug tools such as Microscope, XRAY, CSAM, Curve Tracer, CDP/Bench and customer phones. RMA engineer will lead debug and data gathering to find the root cause of RMA devices.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Set up Korea RMA lab for device evaluation/analysis
  • RMA analysis via Visual inspection, X-ray, Curve Tracer, SAM and System level testing
  • Communication with multiple internal teams for further RMA process.
  • Improve RMA process and reduce RMA cycle time.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • (>2 years of) Experience in the handset/semiconductor industry with a wide breadth of knowledge
  • Solid product debug and product lab experience
  • Working experience in analyzing Mobile handset, Baseband, PMIC & RF product issues
  • Well experienced with the use of Handset Test equipment
  • Handset Systems Knowledge - Understanding how handset failure symptoms correlate to customer reported fail signatures
  • Strong semiconductor Quality experience and solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process
  • Understanding key aspects of how IC test is performed and how it correlates with system behavior & knowledgeable on policy on information sharing
  • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written skills; ability to clearly organize and articulate information; seeks win/win resolution in difficult situations

Education Requirements Required: College's, Engineering
Preferred: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering

근무지 : 서울시 용산구 (신용산역)  
근무기간: 1년 계약
