Application Engineering -. Power device/module design, characterization, evaluation and simulation -. IGBT, Rectifier, Gate driver circuit design -. Application test & evaluation -. Project management -. Technical support to customers • Education: MS in Electrical/Electronic engineering • Basic knowledge of power semiconductor device • Basic knowledge in power semiconductors (SMPS) systems (Fly back, CCM, DCM, PFC, LLC) • Experience in power semiconductor characterization and/or Application engineering • Team player & good communication skills • Experience with bench test equipment • English communication skills for presentation and report • Simulation skill using tools (Spice)
