Guidelines of Main Points for Disertation Examination 2019, 2nd Semester

  

1. [Library Website] Up-Load the Disertation : 2019. 12. 26(Thu)～2020. 1. 8(Wed) 16:30

a. Up-Load the Disertation(original version) in '[User Service]-[Submit Thesis]' section at Library Website
b. After receiving an e-mail from the person in charge of library disertation, students should print out 'the Proof of submiting Disertation' and 'the Warant of using Works'.
c. A Reference : Tel. 02)3290-2782, e-mail : libweb@korea.ac.kr

※ Students can only 'log-in' during the period above. Therefore students must met the deadline.

  

2. [At Designated Library] Submit Complete Binding Disertation :2020. 1. 6(Mon)～8(Wed) 9:0~16:30

a. Students should hand in 'Complete Binding Disertation' and 'the Warant of using Works’ to designated library during that period(thre days) then get a signature at 'the Prof of submiting Disertation'.
b. Designated Library for submiting Complete Binding Disertation
    1) Social and Human Science
       : Central Library(new building) Room 203, 2nd floor (Tel. 02-3290-1472)  
     2) Natural Science / Health Science
       : Science Library Room 406, 4th floor (Tel. 02-3290-421)
     3) Medicine : Medical Library 3rd flor (Tel. 02-286-1268)
     4) Sejong Campus
       : Sejong Acquisitions & Technical Procesing 2nd floor (Tel. 04-860-1805)
c. The number of submiting copies
   : Master and Ph. D - 4 copies of Hard Cover
   - 6 copies of Hard Cover for Law, 3 copies of Hard Cover for Medicine, Sejong Campus

※ Submit to a complete binding disertation included the signatures of the chief of commite and commite members
※ The cover data of complete Binding Disertation : February 2020
 

3. [At the Department Ofice] Submit a copy of iner page of Complete Binding Disertation : 2020. 1. 6(Mon) ～ 8(Wed)

a. Submit a copy of iner page(the Iner page + the signature page of completion for disertation examination), the Proof of submiting Disertation and Confirmation of Thesis Plagiarism Check.
※ A copy of iner page of Complete Binding Disertation
- Iner page : The page which included the name of tutor profesor, the subject of disertation and the date that students submited the disertation.
- the Signature page of completion for disertation examination : The page which included the signatures of the chief of commite and commite members.
b. Certifcates and Complete Binding of Disertation which are submited after the deadline canot be admited. If the students don't hand in disertations during the period,
    Graduate school wil handle this as a fail of disertation examination of this semester.
    Therefore it's very important to met the deadline.
