Prof. Chulwoo Kim has been selected as a recipient of the Seoktap Technology Award for the 2025 academic year. The Seoktap Technology Award is a prestigious honor established to recognize Korea University faculty members who have demonstrated outstanding research achievements and excellence in technology transfer. The award comprehensively evaluates not only academic contributions but also industrial impact and contributions to technology commercialization. Established in 2009, it has continued to serve as one of the university’s highest distinctions.
 

In addition, Prof. Kim has been inducted into the KU Hall of Fame, a recognition bestowed upon exceptional researchers whose achievements have significantly elevated the academic reputation of Korea University across diverse disciplines. Based on his sustained research excellence and continued contributions to academia and industry, Prof. Kim has been named to the KU Hall of Fame for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming his leadership and impact in the field.
