(대상자 : ① 외국인 ② 학기 종료 후 6~7월에 군입대하는 학생)


 
 본교의 2025학년도 2학기 학적변동 신청 기간은 2025년 8월 1일(금) 오전 10시부터 8월 25일(월) 오후 5시까지입니다. 다만, 비자 발급이 필요한 외국인 학생과 군 입대를 앞둔 학생은 해당 기간 이전에 휴학 및 복학 신청이 가능합니다. 외국인 학생 또는 학기 종료 후 6월 말~7월에 군 입대 예정인 학생은 아래 안내된 기간 내 2학기 학적변동을 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
 


1. 신청 일자 : 2025년 6월 24일(화) 10시 ~ 8월 1일(금) 9시 59분까지
 - 위 기간은 외국인과 학기 종료 후 6월 말~7월에 군입대하는 학생만 신청 가능하며,
    8월 1일 10시 ~ 8월  25일 17시(예정)에는 모든 학생(외국인학생 포함)이 학적변동 신청 가능합니다.
 
2. 신청 방법 : 포탈 → 학적졸업 → 학적사항 → 휴·복학 신청
 
3. 첨부 서류
   가. 외국인 학생 : 여권 사본
   나. 학기 종료 후 6월 말~7월에 군입대하는 학생 : 입영통지서
 
4. 휴·복학 변동사항 학적반영일 : 3.1일 / 9.1일

1. Application Period : Tuesday, June 24, 2025, 10:00 to Friday, August 1, 2025, 9:59
 - Only international students and students scheduled to enlist in the military in June or July
    after the semester ends may apply during the above period.
 - All students (including international students) may apply during the regular application period :
    August 1, 10:00 to August 25, 17:00.


2. How to Apply : Portal > Registration/Graduation > University Registration > Absence/Return Application


3. Required Documents
   A. International students : Passport copy
   B. Students scheduled to enlist in the military in June or July : 입영통지서

4. Status change for leave of absence or reinstatement will be applied from March 1st/ September 1st.
