Professors Chulwoo Kim, Sangheon Pack, Choon Ki Ahn, and Wonjae Shin of Korea University School of Electrical Engineering Named 2026 KU Hall of Fame Outstanding Researchers

Professors Chulwoo Kim, Sangheon Pack, Choon Ki Ahn, and Wonjae Shin of Korea University School of Electrical Engineering have been selected for induction into the 2026 KU Hall of Fame as Outstanding Researchers.

Korea University's KU Hall of Fame recognizes faculty members who have achieved outstanding research accomplishments and highlights their contributions to promote research activities and disseminate excellence in research across the university.

The Outstanding Researchers program recognizes faculty members in four categories: Highly Cited Researchers (HCR), Outstanding Researchers in Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI), Outstanding Researchers in Indirect Cost Contributions, and Outstanding Researchers in Technology Transfer Revenue.

In this year's selection, Professor Choon Ki Ahn was recognized in the Highly Cited Researchers (HCR) category, Professor Wonjae Shin in the Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) category, and Professors Chulwoo Kim and Sangheon Pack in the Indirect Cost Contributions category.

The honorees are also recognized on displays located on the wall of Conference Room 2 on the third floor of the Main Building and on the information board at Choi Jong-Hyun Hall in the SK Future Hall.
